Terms and Conditions
1.We advise you to guarantee your reservation against full payment by cash deposit, Credit card payment, UPI Transfer, Demand Draft or Service Voucher at the time of booking or before the cut-off date.
2.In case of a no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay
3.In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you/your guest holding a guaranteed reservation, we will arrange an alternative accommodation.
4.The guest can choose to avail or not avail food from the restaurant. Charges in respect of food (ie,Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) is applicable only when the option to avail the food is exercised by the guest
5.All special requests are subject to availability upon arrival. Kindly carry a valid photo ID proof.
6.Check-In time is 02.00 PM & Check-Out time 11.00 AM.
7.Every Indian National Guest staying in Hotel must carry valid Photo Id proof for Check-in (Voters ID, Aadhaar, Driving Licence except PAN card).
8.As per Foreigners Act 1946 and Registration of Foreigners Rules 1992, every foreign national guest staying in Hotel must carry a valid passport and visa. Guests holding a PIO/OCI card must carry the document for staying in the Hotel.

2. Visitors are not allowed to enter the room without prior approval from Hotel management side
3. Not allowed parcel food from outside food as we are keep quality and hygienic
4. We don’t allow alcohol in public areas
5. Pets are not allowed inside the premises without prior information.
1. Cancellation within 0-15 days Prior to arrival: No Refund. (On Full Amount)
2. Cancellation within 15-25 days Prior to arrival: 50% Refund.(On Full Amount)
3. Cancellation within 25-45 days Prior to arrival: 75% Refund.(On Full Amount)
4. More 45 days Prior to arrival: 90% Refund.(On Full Amount)
5. No Refund for reservations between 20th December to 10th January
